| Our Seniors’ Centre is a multicultural, proactive resource centre that can address seniors’ issues and concerns in order to meet the social, recreational, nutritional, and informational needs of its members. It provides a location where seniors can gather at a time and place of their choosing.
Since opening our doors in the Campbell River Common on July 1st of this year, our membership has grown by an average of twenty new members per week. Our current membership stands at over 650. We have a pool table, shuffleboard, dart boards, card games…crib, bridge, euchre, Mexican train, crafts, library, coffee, tea, snacks, yoga, and lunches. You can check out the schedule at the centre on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday. |
